The Bodhisattva Vow in Zen
Sentient beings are numberless; I vow to save them all.
Delusions are endless; I vow to transcend them all.
The Gates of the Dharma are many; I vow to enter them all.
The Buddha Way is unsurpassed; I vow to walk its way.
